Therapy can help us
Therapy can help us to move on when we are stuck, to find our way when we feel lost and to heal when we are hurt. It can help us to connect with strength, solutions and wisdom. It can help us to identify acts of resistance when faced with injustice, oppression or violence.
At the same time, seeking therapy or counselling can be intimidating. Finding a counsellor that we feel safe and connected with is essential.
As a therapist, I feel honoured and grateful every time that I am invited to witness part of someone’s journey.
I believe that each person has innate strength and healing ability and I am humbled by the resilience and dignity that I find in the midst of suffering. I see my role as providing safety, warmth and acceptance to empower you to find your strength, healing and human potential.
